| The friends we meet through painting!! Lynne and Judy first met when Lynne attended a local SDP meeting and Judy was the teacher. Many lessons later they formed the business partnership of Distinctive Brushstrokes, painting mainly for regional art shows and teaching at various regional and national conventions. Eventually, their business evolved into designing pattern packets, writing decorative painting books and travel teaching.
Today Distinctive Brushstrokes has published 11 books and over 90 pattern packets! Look for them on the teaching roster of your favorite decorative painting convention. Both ladies live in Grand Rapids with their husbands and families, sharing their love for this wonderful art form. |
